Role Purpose:

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into how a growing UK payments business operates, with exposure to strategy, performance, execution, and decision-making.

You will work directly with the UK CEO to help drive the UK business plan — combining analysis, insight, and execution across commercial, operational, and strategic priorities.

The role provides broad exposure across sales, products, operations, and regulation, enabling you to develop a strong understanding of how different teams contribute to business success.

It is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a variety of different opportunities and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

UK CEO Office – insight, structure, delivery

  • Act as an extension of the UK CEO office across the organisation
  • Turn ambiguity into structure: distil complex topics into clear, decision-ready outputs
  • Build materials for UK ExCo, Group forums, and Board discussions
  • Track and support execution of key UK business priorities

Strategy & commercial insight support

  • Analyse UK market dynamics, competitors, and product opportunities
  • Support development of UK strategy across payments, FX, and platform growth
  • Review and evaluate assumptions to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Translate insight into clear, actionable recommendations

Business performance & analytics  - Working with RevOps team:

  • Monitor UK business performance (revenue, EBITDA, KPIs)
  • Build reporting that informs decisions — not just dashboards
  • Understand the core drivers of growth and profitability
  • Identify risks, gaps, and performance opportunities

Operational exposure (end-to-end)

  • Develop a hands-on understanding of how the UK business operates:
    • Sales and client acquisition
    • Payments and operational delivery
    • Client lifecycle and servicing
    • Product rollout and execution
  • Work cross-functionally to improve processes and outcomes
  • Support delivery of key strategic and commercial initiatives and cost

Problem solving & delivery

  • Work on real business challenges with practical impact
  • Take responsibility for delivering workstreams end-to-end (with support and oversight)
  • Recommend and implement process improvements
  • Help ensure key initiatives land on time and with impact

Governance, control & discipline

  • Build awareness of UK regulatory and compliance frameworks (FCA environment)
  • Work with Compliance, Risk, and Finance to understand control environments
  • Ensure initiatives are commercially sound and operationally robust

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • 1–2 years of post-graduate experience (or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and interpret complex information
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to create clear, compelling presentations and communicate ideas effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good attention to detail while maintaining awareness of the bigger picture
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across teams
  • Proactive approach with a sense of ownership and accountability

Desirable Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with financial services, payments, or FX markets
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders or leadership teams
  • Knowledge of performance reporting and working with KPIs
  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar tools

Education / Qualifications:

  • Graduate or post-graduate (MBA or strong academic background)
  • Degree in business, economics, finance, STEM, or similar

Languages:

  • English (fluent)

What you get in return:

This role offers a competitive salary, plus a benefits package including private medical health insurance.

Location and Contract Type:

This is a full-time, permanent position. The role is expected to be office-based in London.
